Welcome to Missouri Mondays!
Last week Democrats laid out their party’s vision for our country with Kamala Harris and Tim Walz as President and Vice-President. In her acceptance speech, Kamala spoke directly to American people– “And so, on behalf of The People. On behalf of every American. Regardless of party. Race. Gender. Or the language your grandmother speaks. On behalf of my mother and everyone who has ever set out on their own unlikely journey. On behalf of Americans like the people I grew up with. People who work hard. Chase their dreams. And look out for one another. On behalf of everyone whose story could only be written in the greatest nation on Earth. I accept your nomination for President of the United States of America.”
This is the America that Missourians deserve, that everyone in the U.S. deserves regardless of your state. Our path to victory in Missouri for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz is difficult but not impossible. In 2008, Barack Obama lost Missouri by less than 1% or approximately 4000 votes which is 1 vote per precinct. Several popular measures will also be on the ballot in November– sports betting, raising the minimum wage and guaranteed paid leave, and overturning our state’s cruel total abortion ban. We can elect Kamala Harris as the first female POTUS, Crystal Quade as our first female Governor, elect Lucas Kunce to the U.S. Senate and replace anti-labor, Christian Nationalist, insurrection sympathizer Josh Hawley, put Democrats into every statewide office and fill the legislature with Democrats who will fight for equality and fairness, and for the rights and freedoms of every Missourian!

Join Missourians for Constitutional Freedom as we canvass to build support for our amendment to end the abortion ban in Missouri! We will be knocking doors in the Kansas City region to educate and mobilize people to support our amendment this November. Shifts are 4 hours long including training, 2.5 hours of canvassing and a quick debrief.
