MO COVID UPDATE - Since Governor Parson reopened the state mid-June, new coronavirus cases have continued to soar. Between June 28 and Dec 6 weekly new cases went from 2,572 to 26,365. From August 9 to Dec 6 total cases jumped from 58,927 to 322,298. Just imagine how much different these numbers would be and how many lives could have been saved if only the Governor had listened to hospitals and medical experts and ordered a statewide mask mandate. According to the MO Dept of Health and Senior Services as of Sunday December 6 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Missouri rose to 322,298 an increase of 26,365 new cases since last week. This is far from over so please stay safe and always wear your mask in public.
