12/09/19 - Missouri Mondays - Raise your MO Legislation IQ and be ready for 2020 Session!

For this week’s Missouri Mondays let’s raise our MO legislation IQ! Bills are being pre-filed for the upcoming 2020 legislative session in January and while we support legislation to make it easier for Missourians to vote by allowing no-excuse absentee voting and bills making Missourians safer by requiring all gun sales through licensed firearms dealers, many other bills are of deep concern. We must be ready to hold legislators accountable who want to overturn the will of voters and seek to undermine Clean Missouri government transparency and redistricting process reforms, and those lawmakers who are continuing their assault on women’s reproductive rights!

Please take a few minutes to look at the complete list of pre-filed bills by going to the House and Senate bill lists, or view bills by subject on the House Subject List, and the Senate Subject list and then be sure to contact your elected officials to let them know where you stand on the issues of importance to you and make your voice heard!
