A week after his brother George was killed by Minneapolis police, Terrence Floyd called on protesters across the country, “Let’s do this another way. Let’s stop thinking that our voice don’t matter and vote. Educate yourself and know who you’re voting for and that’s how we gonna hit ‘em. Because it’s a lot of us. It’s a lot of us. It’s a lot of us.”
We are facing the most important elections of our lifetime in the midst of a deadly virus pandemic, but Gov. Parson, Secretary of State Ashcroft, and the GOP majority in the Missouri legislature refused to make voting easier and safer for every Missourian. Why don’t they want you to vote? IMPORTANT DATES FOR AUGUST 4 PRIMARY ELECTION
JUNE 23 - Absentee voting for the AUGUST 4 primary election begins JUNE 23.
JULY 8 - Last day to register to vote in August primary
JULY 22 - The Absentee Ballot Request and Mail Ballot Request forms must be signed and submitted to your Local Election Authority by JULY 22 for the AUGUST 4 primary election.
Absentee requests can be submitted via email, fax, mail or in person.
