The GOP majority in the Missouri Legislature is trying to undo your vote and silence your voice! Time to fight back!


Senate Joint Resolution 38 - Seeks to undo Clean MO reforms approved by voters

  • Clean MO Amendment 1 government transparency and redistricting reforms were overwhelmingly approved by voters in 2018

  • SJR 38 would allow extreme partisan gerrymandering

  • SJR 38 repeal of Clean MO was passed by the Senate and is now in the House

  • Call your Representative to vote NO! on SJR 38!

House Bill 1559 - Partially repeal minimum wage law

  • In 2018 voters overwhelmingly approved raising the minimum wage

  • HB 1559 would partially repeal the minimum wage hike by exempting private schools from paying the current higher minimum wage and allowing them to cut wages back to the previous lower minimum wage

  • HB 1559 was passed by the House and is now in the Senate

  • Call your Senator to vote NO! on HB 1559!


House Bill 2173 - Changes the laws regarding marriage and replaces marriage licenses with contracts of domestic union

  • In 2015 the Supreme Court legalized same-sex marriage in the United States

  • HB 2173 sponsor Rep. Adam Schnelting says he wants to remove the government from its role in legally sanctioning marriage.

  • HB 2173 could put at risk more than 1000 federal benefits attached to the institution of legal marriage including social security, Veterans benefits, surviving spousal benefits, and more, and is likely unconstitutional.

  • HB 2173 was passed out of House General Laws Committee

  • Tell your Representative to vote NO! on HB 2173!


House Bill 1600 - Require government-issued photo ID in order to vote

  • HB 1600 is the third attempt to require photo ID to vote

  • The MO Supreme Court struck down the first two laws passed by GOP majority, ruling they were unconstitutional

  • Tell your Representative to vote NO! on HB 1600!
